Michelle Wallce

Michelle Wallace is a Reiki master, Craniosacral therapist and Qigong practitioner. She taught pilates and personal training for ten years, many of them in a sports medicine clinic working with people with chronic injury and illness. Though she loves working with the body in motion, she came to understand the limits of what pilates and other exercise can do to help people to heal. In order to go deeper into healing and to begin to understand how to clear injury altogether, Michelle studied Reiki and then Qigong, two energy work modalities with techniques that blend seamlessly. Studying these two techniques transformed Michelle's life, helping her move through chronic injuries of her own. As she began offering energy sessions, she was thrilled at seeing how her clients made huge jumps in healing with the addition of energy work. After offering energy sessions for a few years, Michelle began to look for a bridge modality - something that helped to release physical restrictions while also working energetically. She found this in CranioSacral therapy, a very gentle modality which helps to release restrictions with a very light touch.
